Draft Act amending and supplementing the Tobacco, Tobacco and Related Products Act

Paragraph 4 of the draft Act amending the Law on Tobacco, Tobacco and Related Products provides for the introduction of a prohibition on the placing on the market of any technical elements containing additives which have the effect of altering the smell and/or taste of tobacco products and which are marketed independently, in whatever form, outside the consumer and outer packaging of the products and/or the intensity of their smoke.
