The Ordinance on Electronic Legal Transactions (ERV 2021) regulates an internet-based service provided by the Federal Ministry of Justice.

Register Re-Entry Ordinance FBR-V) and the Ordinance of the Federal Chancellor on electronic transport between the Federal Administrative Court and interested parties (BVwG Electronic Transport Regulation – BVwG-EVV).
