Draft Law No XIIIP-3849(3) amending Article 9(2) of Law No I-1143 on the control of tobacco, tobacco products and related products of the Republic of Lithuania

The purpose of the draft law is to prohibit the placing on the market of the Republic of Lithuania of electronic cigarettes and fillers containing liquids suitable for filling electronic cigarettes

(hereinafter referred to as “electronic cigarette fillers”), provided that this liquid contains flavours other than tobacco smell and/or taste.
