Draft Government Decree on measures to be taken to relaunch the economy in relation to the export of raw materials and products of strategic importance for security of supply in the construction sector

The draft stipulates that raw materials and products of strategic importance for security of supply in the construction sector can be exported or sold with a licence. During the authorisation, the minister responsible for domestic economy examines whether the sale or export of building materials abroad significantly impedes or impairs the establishment, operation, maintenance or development of critical infrastructure.
