Draft regulation of the Minister of Health on minimum requirements for health care units conducting activities related to exposure for medical purposes, consisting of providing health services in the field of X-ray diagnostics, surgical radiology or diagnostics related to the administration of radiopharmaceuticals to patients.

The Regulation lays down minimum requirements for health care units engaged in medical exposure activities to provide medical care services in the field of X-ray diagnostics, surgical radiology or diagnostics related to the administration of radiopharmaceuticals to patients with respect to:

1) the provision of radiological devices and ancillary devices;
2) the number and qualifications of personnel involved in the performance of particular types of medical radiological procedures.
