Regulation of the Minister for Climate and Environment amending the Regulation on landfills

The draft Regulation clarifies certain provisions of the existing Regulation of the Minister for the Environment of 30 April 2013 on landfills (Journal of Laws [Dziennik Ustaw], item 523), which defines detailed requirements concerning the location, construction and operation of landfills, to which particular types of landfills are subject, as well as the scope, time, frequency, manner and conditions of monitoring landfill.

The requirements implement the authorisation laid down in Article 124(6) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2020, item 797, as amended)
