Draft Order on the standardisation of e-cigarettes and refill containers with and without nicotine.

The Order lays down more detailed requirements for the standardisation of e-cigarettes and refill containers with and without nicotine. The Order regulates:

- the colour requirements and packaging elements of unit packets, outside packaging and wrapping materials for electronic cigarettes and refill containers with and without nicotine
- surfaces etc. of unit packets and outside packaging of electronic cigarettes and refill containers with and without nicotine
- wrapping materials of unit packets and outside packaging of electronic cigarettes and refill containers with and without nicotine
- labelling etc. of unit packets and outside packaging of electronic cigarettes and refill containers with and without nicotine.
