This Decree applies to transport fuels used to power road vehicles and non-road mobile machinery, agricultural and forestry tractors, pleasure craft when not at sea, as well as electricity for use in road vehicles.

Royal Decree amending the Royal Decree of 29 June 2018 reducing the greenhouse gas intensity of transport energy

The draft contains the following amendments:

- Article 1: adjustment to the text;
- Article 2: addition of a reference to a European amending regulation to clarify the CN code used;
- Article 3(1°): addition of the method for calculating the amount of transport fuel for non-road mobile machinery;
- Article 3(2°): removal of the fixed allocation keys for determining the amount of transport fuel for non-road mobile machinery.
