Rules amending the Rules on institutions issuing gaming device test reports

The proposed amendments to the Rules amend the requirements prescribed for the contact person of the institution and delete the requirements relating to the educational structure and knowledge and experience of employees of the institutions, which are already contained in the standards referred to in the Rules. The obsolete standard referred to in the current Rules is replaced by the title of the current standard, and new conditions are laid down for the institutions which must be met when verifying certain technical requirements concerning payment systems used in the organisation of gambling via the Internet and other telecommunication means. In addition, the competencies and relations between the Ministry of Finance and the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia, as the supervisory body, in performing individual supervisory and systemic tasks in the field of supervision of the work of the institutions are defined in more detail.
