Regulation of the Minister for Climate on the detailed requirements for the storage of waste

Draft Regulation of the Minister for Climate on the detailed requirements for the storage of waste lays down in particular the requirements for waste storage sites and the manner in which waste is stored. These requirements vary depending on the type and properties of the stored waste.

The requirements implement the authorisation laid down in Article 25(7) and (8) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws [Dziennik Ustaw] 2019, item 701, as amended).
