Establishment of requirements for seatless light electric vehicles intended for the transport of one person.

Establishment of a new type of vehicle, the light vehicle, which is a seatless power-driven vehicle intended for the transport of one person and has a maximum design speed of 25 kilometres per hour and a maximum engine power of 1 kilowatt. The new type of vehicle also includes self-balancing vehicles, but the power restriction is not applied to the latter.
