FFP3 class respirators

Ministry of Finance Ruling No 04/2020 amending the list of goods with regulated prices issued through Ministry of Finance Ruling No 01/2020

Ministry of Finance Ruling No 01/2020 is being updated in connection with the current situation caused by the risk of infection with the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19. The objective of the measure is to ensure a sufficient quantity of protective equipment, in particular for healthcare providers, but also for citizens, in order to prevent the spread of the infection and the disease caused by this coronavirus.

Ministry of Finance Ruling No 04/2020 is related to the state of emergency declared by the Government of the Czech Republic and sets the maximum prices for

- protective equipment pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council, class FFP3 manufactured in the EU and placed on the market in accordance with technical standard EN 149:2001+A1:2009, at CZK 175, excluding VAT, per unit, regardless of the number of units in the package or the type of packaging

- protective equipment pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council, class FFP3 manufactured outside the EU and placed on the market in accordance with technical standard EN 149:2001+A1:2009, at CZK 350, excluding VAT, per unit, regardless of the number of units in the package or the type of packaging.
