Building products; construction requirements for buildings; parking spaces for motor vehicles; charging stations for electric vehicles

Ordinance of the Upper Austrian Provincial Government amending the Upper Austrian Structural Engineering Ordinance 2013 (Upper Austrian Structural Engineering Ordinance 2020 revision)

The amendment includes:

- Adopting the guidelines of the Austrian Institute for Construction Engineering (OIB) from April 2019

- Structural specifications for protection against radon emissions from underground sources and

ionising radiation from building products

- Revision of the provisions on charging stations for electric vehicles

- Amendments to the provisions on parking spaces for motor vehicles
