In the Orders on online betting, land-based betting and online casinos, requirements are laid down for holders of licences to offer online casinos and/or betting to report data on the games that they offer. The document ‘Technical requirements - online casinos and betting’ contains requirements on how the SAFE of licence holders must be configured and how the security measure TamperToken is to be used.

The requirement that licence holders offering online games must monitor whether their customers are registered in the Danish Gambling Authority’s register of self-excluded players (ROFUS) is also imposed.
