TEMPORARY STRUCTURE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES: any facility set up at all installation locations for no more than a total of 250 days in a calendar year.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES: any sports equipment for the purposes of trying out and exercising various motion and spatial experiences.

REINFORCED TRACK: any equipment for public use that consists of a safety rope and other fixed climbing assemblies with a route in rocky terrain where the user is not under supervision.
