Draft Regulation of the Minister for Digital Affairs on technical and operational requirements for consumer instruments used for receiving digital radio broadcasts

DAB+ radio broadcast receivers

The draft Regulation lays down the technical and operational requirements, the fulfilment of which is necessary for the DAB+ radio broadcast receivers, including car receivers, to correctly receive digital DAB+ radio broadcasts transmitted via wireless terrestrial systems or via cable over the III VHF band spectrum of 174-240 MHz in the Republic of Poland.

The draft Regulation is issued with a view to implementing the statutory authorisation under Article 132(4) of the Telecommunications Act of 16 July 2004 (Journal of Laws (Dziennik Ustaw) 2018, item 1954, as amended).
