Draft Regulation of the Minister for Entrepreneurship and Technology amending the Regulation on the requirements to be met by measuring tanks, and the detailed scope of examinations and checks to be carried out during the legal metrological inspection of these measuring instruments

The proposed Regulation amends the requirements regarding the structure of liquid level gauge tubes in § 25 of the said Regulation, i.e. the Regulation amended by this draft Regulation, with respect to:

- equipment for atmospheric tanks used in the production and storage of wine products within the meaning of the Act of 12 May 2011 on the production and bottling of wine products, trade in these products and organisation of the wine market (Journal of Laws [Dziennik Ustaw] 2018, item 1159 as amended) (excluding tanks for the storage of ethanol used in wine production) with liquid level gauge tubes placed only in the lower housings permanently connected to the tanks,

- repealing the condition that the liquid level gauge tube should not be longer than 1.5 m.
