Preventive medical screening and its promotion.

Amendment to the Population Screening Act related to current developments in preventive medical screening

The draft Act may contain technical regulations. In particular, it sets out rules related to information society services now that the offering/promotion of preventive medical screening is subject to rules.

Certain types of preventive medical screening require a licence, which is also needed in order to offer and promote said types of preventive medical screening.
