Draft Regulation of the Minister for Rural Affairs on hygiene requirements for the handling of food of animal origin in a retail business

The draft Regulation establishes hygiene requirements for the handling of food of animal origin, including its marketing to another retail trade business, and defines the concept of local marketing. The draft Regulation defines the volume of food of animal origin marketed by a retail trade business from the total quantity of food of animal origin processed weekly, and establishes the requirements that such a business has to comply with.
