Guidelines on the accessibility of computing tools

Regulation of the following fields:

• technical requirements for the accessibility of computing tools, including websites and mobile applications, in accordance with the principles of Article 3 bis and with the values of point 1, letter d, number 3 of Annex B of the Ministerial Decree of 8 July 2005;

• technical methodologies for checking the accessibility of computing tools, including websites and mobile applications;

• accessibility declaration template;

• methodology for monitoring and assessing the compliance of computing tools, including websites and mobile applications, with the accessibility provisions;

• circumstances that, taking account of the provisions of Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, lead to a disproportionate burden, with service providers therefore permitted to reasonably limit the accessibility of a website or mobile application.
