Cumulatively, these potatoes must be:

- of French origin and/or packaged by a company established in France that is responsible for being able to substantiate any and all labels;

- marketed in France on the retail market.

This draft Order does not concern early potatoes, whether produced in France or not.

Order extending an inter-branch agreement concluded within the framework of the National Inter-Branch Potato Committee [CNIPT] and relating to the justification of the culinary label ‘fried’, either alone or in combination with other culinary labels, on batches of ware potatoes.

The draft Order extends an agreement to lay down minimum quality characteristics for potatoes bearing the label ‘fried’.
