This proposal for the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on Management of Packaging Waste changes the amounts of fees that the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund pays to sellers and recycling site managers who take over packaging waste covered by the deposit-refund system from consumers either manually or mechanically, and proposes a special management fee per product unit for milk and liquid dairy products, which is lower than the one for other beverages.
