The requirements which must be met by producers of blank public documents (protected documents) as regards the production and storage of materials and accessories used for that production, including in particular:

- the organisation of production,

- the keeping of records for materials and finished products,

- the preparation, contents, and handling of technical documentation, as well as access to it,

- the protection of rooms,

- the storage of materials and finished products,

- the requirements for staff employed in the production of blank public documents

Regulation of the Minister for the Interior and Administration on security requirements for the production of blank public documents

The draft Regulation implements the authorisation contained in Article 21 of the Act of 22 November 2018 on public documents (Journal of Laws [Dziennik Ustaw] 2019, item 53), which obliges the minister responsible for internal affairs to lay down, by way of a regulation, detailed security requirements for the production of blank official documents referred to in Article 5, paragraph 3 and 4 of the Act, i.e. Category 2 and 3 documents.
