Amendment of the Swedish National Road Administration’s regulations

(VVFS 2003:23) on motorcycles and trailers towed by motorcycles

A clarification that neither alarm device lights nor alarm device sounds, alone or jointly, may be mounted on vehicles other than emergency vehicles.
