Draft implementing Decree on the criteria under which bituminous mixtures are a by-product or cease to be waste

The aim of this implementing Decree is to lay down, in accordance with the statutory authorisation,

a) the criteria under which recovered bituminous mixtures can be considered a by-product and not waste,

b) the criteria under which recovered bituminous mixtures cease to be waste, and

c) the criteria under which bituminous mixtures produced from recovered waste bituminous mixtures cease to be waste.
