Draft order of the Director of the State Food and Veterinary Service on approving the requirements for handling food produced in small quantities and supplied to consumers.
The State Food and Veterinary Service, following Article 13(3) and (4b) of the Regulation (EC) No 852/2004
of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (OJ 2004,
Special Edition, Chapter 13, Volume 34, p. 319), as amended by
the Commission Regulation (EU) No 579/2014 of 28 May 2014 (OJ 160, 2014, p. 14);
Article 9 (5), point 2 of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on food and the rules laid down for the exchange of
information on standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures, approved by
the Resolution No 617 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 20 May 1999 on the exchange of information on
standards, technical Regulations and the conformity assessment procedures, implementing the Directive (EU)
2015/1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015
laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical regulations and of rules on Information
Society services (OJ 241, 2015 L, p. 1), has drafted the Order of the Director of the State Food and Veterinary Service
on approving the requirements for the handling of food produced in small
quantities and supplied to consumers”.
