The Swedish Transport Agency’s Regulations and General Advice on Work Environment on Vessels

The regulatory draft is a revision – by means of a reprint – of the Swedish Transport Agency’s Regulations and General advice (TSFS 2009:119) on Work Environment on Vessels. The regulations concern widely different areas which affect the work environment on board vessels. Some of the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s regulations that have not previously applied on board vessels will now enter into force through the new work environment regulations. This extends the scope of these regulations so that they also apply on board vessels.
