2018 Directive on subsidies for electronic protection in owner-occupied houses, terraced houses and apartments (alarm system subsidies)

This directive governs the allocation of subsidies for electronic protection (alarm systems with or without video surveillance) and the installation of security doors in owner-occupied houses, terraced houses and apartments. In the interest of administrative streamlining and in order to be able to react more swiftly to changing framework conditions, the new 2018 Burgenland Housing Subsidy Act [Bgld. WFG 2018] will primarily lay down basic principles. Details regarding subsidy allocation, such as the funding objective, subject of the subsidy, definitions of terms, subsidy amounts and distribution methods are set out in the directive.
