Regulations Regarding the Classification, Packing and Marking of Certain Raw Processed Meat Products Intended for Sale in the Republic of South Africa (20 page(s), in English)

The proposed regulations set minimum compositional standards for the various classes of certain raw processed meat products, and prescribe the labelling of such products when presented for sale as well as the control system to ensure compliance to the standards. Food safety issues are excluded from the proposed regulations.
