This draft national technical regulation stipulates the limits of physical and chemical indicators, safety and management requirements for refined vegetable oils, including: Arachis oil (peanut oil; groundnut oil); Coconut oil; Cottonseed oil; Maize oil; Palm oil; Palm kernel oil; Palm Olein; Palm Stearin; Palm Superolein; Rapeseed oil; Safflower seed oil; Sesame seed oil; Soya bean oil; Olive oil; Rice bran oil; Sunflower seed oil.

This technical regulation does not apply to crude vegetable oils. This regulation applies to:

- Organizations and individuals involved in production, trading, import and export related to refined vegetable oil.
- Management agencies, organizations and individuals related to refined vegetable oil
