·         This draft technical regulation regulates technical requirements for protective helmets for users of motorcycle and moped, including fuelled and electric motorcycles and mopeds and similar types of vehicles and quality requirements for helmets in their production, importation and circulation. List of helmet types and corresponding HS code are provided in the Appendix of the draft technical regulation. 

·         This draft technical regulation is not applicable for helmets used in racing, sport and other specialized vehicles. 

^.         This draft technical regulation applies to organizations and individuals who manufacture, import and distribute helmet and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals.
