Trade Regulation Rule on Care Labeling of Textile Wearing Apparel and Certain Piece Goods

The Commission seeks comment on a proposal to repeal its trade regulation rule on Care Labeling of Textile Wearing Apparel and Certain Piece Goods as Amended ("Care Labeling Rule" or "Rule").

Written comments must be received on or before 21 September 2020. Parties interested in an opportunity to present views orally should submit a request to do so as explained by the regulator in the text for this notification (accessible at the URLs indicated below), and such requests must be received on or before 21 September 2020.
