The Order approves the Procedure for the examination of registration dossiers submitted for the state registration of hazardous factors and sets the requirements for such dossiers.

It is adopted in implementation of the Procedure for State Registration of Hazardous Factors, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 588 of 21 May 2025 (notified in document G/TBT/N/UKR/274/Rev.2/Add.1). The Order provides for the regulation of the procedure for the examination of registration dossiers by an authorized expert institution, namely the State Enterprise "Committee on Hygienic Regulation of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine", and ensures uniform and consistent procedures for the state registration of hazardous factors.
