Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Technical Regulation on railway infrastructure safety and the Technical Regulation on railway rolling stock safety" (19 page(s), in Ukrainian)

The draft Resolution is aimed to specify the scope of the Technical Regulations, to regulate at the legislative level the possibility of applying conformity assessment modules in the sphere of railway transport while assessing the conformity of products for infrastructure and rolling stock of railway transport, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 3 October 2018 No. 797, as well as bring a sample of the declaration of conformity with the requirements of the Technical regulations. In addition, the draft Resolution proposes to establish additional requirements for the extension of the service life of freight cars after the end of their service life established by the manufacturer.
