This Draft Uganda Standard specifies requirements, methods of sampling and test for millet flour obtained from whole or decorticated pearl millet from varieties Penicum maliaceum) or finger millet grown from Eleusine coracana (L.) Gaertner. or proso millet from (Panicum millaceum) for human consumption. It does not apply to grits obtained from pearl millet.
