This Uganda Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for fruits chips and crisps prepared by either deep frying or baking offered for direct consumption or for further processing, including for catering purposes or for repackaging if required. It does not apply to dried fruits or crisps which have been produced by drying processes for which other standards apply.
