This Draft Uganda Standard provides the guidelines for monitoring, sampling and documentation of nutrient premixes and fortified foods. These guidelines are primarily applicable to premixes, fortified flours, edible salt, sugar, fat spreads, edible fats and oils. They may also be used for all other fortified food products. Note: This draft standard was also notified to the SPS Committee.
