Based on Article 30 of the "Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation" and Article 4 of the "Regulations of Inspection of Imported Foods and Related Products", the FDA would like to request the food businesses operators which import pork products under CCC Code 1602.41.00.20.7 and 1602.49.20.92.8 from the Republic of Korea, for food purpose to submit official certificates issued by the competent authority of the exporting country.
