Documents and Records to Be Kept by Certification Bodies Operating Certification of Organic Agricultural Products, Their Retention Period and Retention Methods (Draft) (1 page(s), in Chinese)
With a view to supporting the implementation of the Organic Agriculture Promotion Act, the Agriculture and Food Agency is proposing a draft specifying the documents to be retained by certification bodies that operate certification of organic agricultural products. Such documents include quality manual, certification operation procedures, application records, qualifications of personnel, internal audit reports, subcontracting records, etc. The retention period is 6 years in principle and the documents may be retained in hard copies or electronic format.
