The draft ministerial regulation mandates slides to conform with the standard for Playground equipment for public use - Part 2: Additional specific safety requirements and test method for Slides (TIS 3000-2:2562(2019)).
The standard applies to slides with the maximum height of the platform not exceeding 2m from the ground and unattached to other playground equipment.
The standard is not applicable to roller slides.
