It is proposed that an act on tobacco-free nicotine products be presented, entailing the introduction of provisions on product requirements, labelling, marketing, product control, an age limit, etc. The Government or the authority designated by the Government will specify the details concerning what the products will be allowed to contain, how the product declaration is to be formulated and how the products are to be labelled. The new act has been formulated so as to cover products containing nicotine that have not yet been developed.
