The notified Salvadoran Technical Regulation lays down the requirements, procedures and field and laboratory standards for the production and marketing of certified (genetic, physiological, physical and phytosanitary quality) coffee (Coffea arabica) seeds.

It applies to all natural and legal persons engaged in the production, processing and marketing of certified coffee (Coffea arabica) seeds.

It is applicable to seed-producing sites, biotechnology laboratories, sales premises, collection centres and transport (freight vehicles).
