The Regulation for the installation and operation of electrical mobility charging infrastructure seeks to establish a regulatory framework to provide guidance to the various actors involved in the installation and operation of electrical mobility charging infrastructure. It seeks to establish the minimum requirements for the installation, operation, security and maintenance of electrical mobility charging infrastructure, as well as the design and construction of such facilities. It also seeks to safeguard human safety, the environment, health and its environment, as well as preventing practices likely to mislead consumers and their environment.
