On 2 October 2017, the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua notified, in document G/TBT/N/NIC/156, Nicaraguan Mandatory Technical Standard (NTON) No. 12 014 - 17 Construction materials. Steel bars and wire for concrete reinforcement. Specifications and conformity assessment, with a view to establishing the physical, chemical and mechanical requirements to be met by steel bars and wire used for reinforcing concrete, and the relevant conformity assessment procedures, including sampling and test methods. Nicaragua hereby advises that this regulation has been updated.
