Draft amendment to insert new regulation 18BA and insertion of new Table VI and Table VII of the Fifth A Schedule of the Food Regulations 1985 [P.U.(A) 437/1985].; (3 page(s), in English)

The proposed amendments to the Food Regulations 1985 [P.U.(A) 437/1985] are as follows:

1.    Regulation 18BA is to insert new regulations on sugar content grading labelling for packaged beverages by inserting particulars and conditions in labelling sugar content grading for packaged beverages.

2.    Table VI of the Fifth A Schedule is to insert new Table on the conditions for sugar content grading labelling.

3.    Table VII of the Fifth A Schedule is to insert new Table on the mark specification for sugar content grading labelling.
