The notified Decree amends the Regulations on Sanitary Control of Products and Services and the Implementing Regulations to the General Law on Health with Respect to Advertising, in order to ensure compliance with the second transitional provision of the Decree amending and supplementing various provisions of the General Law on Health with respect to overweight, obesity and the labelling of food and non-alcoholic beverages, published in the Official Journal on 8 November 2019.
