Proposed Revision of the "Enforcement Rule of the Act on Labeling and Advertising of Foods" (8 page(s), in Korean)

The proposed amendment is to

- In connection with "Act on Labeling and Advertising of Foods (Act NO.18445, 17. Aug, 2021., Partial Amendment)" to replace the "sell-by date" in food labeling with "use-by date"

- Milks as defined in subparagraph 2 of Article 4 of the "Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act", which requires improvement in cold storage standards, can be applied from 1 January 2023.
