3. Paints

4. Water repellents and oil repellents

5. Adhesives and sealing filler

6. Fire extinguishers, fire-extinguishing agents, and fire-extinguishing foam

7. Waxes

8. Water-repellent textiles and oil-repellent textiles

9. Water-repellent clothes and oil-repellent clothes

10. Water-repellent floor coverings and oil-repellent floor coverings

Based on Article 17 and 22 of the Act on the Regulation of Manufacture and Evaluation of Chemical Substances (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), the following will be designated as Class I Specified Chemical Substances which need authorization to be manufactured or imported.

Chlorpyrifos, Chlorinated paraffins with carbon chain lengths in the range C14–17 and chlorination levels at or exceeding 45 per cent chlorine by weight , Long-chain perfluorocarboxylic acids, their salts and related compounds (those with carbon chain lengths in the range C9–21).

Based on Article 24 of the Act, the following will be designated as products prohibited from being imported when these chemical substances are used in them.
