Revision of the Mandatory Standard SI 370, dealing with fat spreads and other water in oil emulsion spreads. This draft standard revision adopts the Codex Alimentarius Standard 256 - 2007 (Adopted 1999, Revised 2007, 2009 and 2017), with a few changes and national deviations that appear in the standard's Hebrew section. The major differences between the old version and this new revised draft standard are as follow:
· Deletes the English product's name;
· Changes the fat content's values;
· Adds new requirements for the maximum content of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH's)
All sections of the revised standard will be declared mandatory.
