Second amendment to the Mandatory Standard SI 158 part 1, dealing with LPG's storage requirements. This amendment allows to combine between internal and external excess flow valves instead of internal valve described in paragraph 5.7.7 of the Adopted American Standard NFPA 58, as long as the external excess flow valve complies with all the requirements of the Adopted American Standard NFPA 58.
